The idea of this class came about with an innocent question from a lovely gentleman, who knew nothing about me, on our recent flight back from Italy. He was reflecting on his trip and asked me this: "Wouldn't the world be perfect if you could just eat pizza, pasta and gelato whenever you wanted, without any health or weight issues?" I bet he never expected the reply he received: "Oh but you can! And not only eat it all day / every day without issues, but feel incredible, look ten years younger, love visiting the bathroom, be any weight you wanted, sleep fantastically, and eat as much as you pleased."
He was certainly listening. So now I'd love to tell YOU exactly how you can achieve your top health eating your favourite foods and most importantly show you how easy it is to recreate the most renowned Italian delicacies at home, without any cooking what so ever.

RAW PICNIC & PUNTING WITH POLLY & TANYA

If I could be any more excited about a fun day out, which the lovely Polly Noble and I have planned for you, I would probably pop! We are both meeting a couple of days before to shop for the freshest organic produce and partnering up in the kitchen to create a vibrationally charged feast for you!
We wanted to be able to offer you this day out, so you could reconnect with nature, pick our brains about anything, spend time with like-mindered people, enjoy some real food and have a day off, that's why we'll have the entire picnic all prepared for you. Prepared by us! But that's not all the day will involve... We are going punting!!!!
What is punting?
A punt is a narrow flat-bottomed boat that resembles a Venetian gondola with the curve removed. The punter uses a large pole to push the boat down the river, while we sit back, relax and chat and laugh till our jaws begin to hurt.
What is the plan for the day?
1PM Meet at a designated meeting point in Cambridge
1:30PM Board the punts
1:30-2:30PM Be chauffeured down the river past infamous colleges learning about the history of these beautiful buildings
2:30PM-4PM Enjoy a delicious organic raw picnic lunch made by Polly & Tanya and get get take-away recipe sheets
What yummy foods the picnic include?
Mocktails on arrival, curried flax crackers, raw sundried tomato hummus, summer guacamole, creamy cheesy dip, pizza, wraps with sunflower seed pate and fresh seasonal veggies and sprouts, marinated and pesto stuffed mushrooms, chocolate brownie bites, special indulgent cake, strawberries and cream, plus green elixirs. All recipes will be yours to keep!

Transport: Regular trains from London Kings Cross Station travel direct to Cambridge Station and cost approximately £13 return with a network railcard. Alternatively you could drive in and park at Lion Yard carpark.
Fee: £65each or £120 for two, includes boat hire for punting, a chauffeur, a big delicious picnic lunch prepared by Polly and Tanya plus take away recipes.

From all of Tanya's teachings, I'd benefit most in learning about making the cakes. It would stop me buying things to snack on that look good. If I had a fridge with good looking healthy food that did me good rather than bad I would be in heaven...

ReplyDeleteFrom all of Tanya's teachings, I believe I'd benefit most from her basic raw class. Learning basic staple raw foods would help me better establish a more realistic routine of eating raw and better incorporate raw food into the meal plans of my family. If only I was in London to take advantage of these great classes!
